Congratulations! The yellow army has taken over! You now have, in your hands, the collective aspirations of 90 million Filipinos. Whether the rest of us should be thankful or cower in fear is something we'll postpone to 6 years from now. Just know that while we had somebody in mind who we felt was more qualified and was slighted due to our endemic and unique brand of popularity pageantry - the type where the death of one's esteemed mother earns you sympathy votes and a one-way ticket straight to the presidency - we are equally very much grateful that your collective will of 13 million strong managed to block the quest for power by one shrewd businessman who managed to mortgage half of his assets to buy the electorate and one former president who has been convicted of graft and corruption, plunder, and making bad movies but still has 8 million people who believe in his capacity to end poverty! Without your devotion to the ideals of all things yellow, we would have been more afraid today! We are truly grateful.
Now, I suppose all the petty arguments regarding Aquino not accomplishing anything while he was a congressman and a senator is now moot! There is now no reason to cry over what could have been because your actions have already brought us the future. We will now look to you to hold your bet accountable. We pray that like us, you will rehash in your minds over and over again the mantras "Dito tayo sa matuwid na daan", "Kayo ang aking lakas" and "Hindi ako magnanakaw." because we hold this to be new realities and no longer futile daydreaming. We implore you to wish with us that Noy learns the vagaries of political will fast because there is so much to do and only 6 years to do it! We pray that he grows the balls to be decisive, not like his dilly-dallying prior declaring his intent to run for office. We hope he actually learns the intricacies of politics and governance, not just the guile to winning an election, but actually giving credence, justification, and validation to his constitutionally bestowed obligations, responsibilities, and mandate.
I do not wish to remind you that never in the history of the world has there been expectations as great as this (unless your name is Barack Obama) but I know I have to. Your campaign egregiously capitalized on that one calling - CLEAN GOVERNANCE - and in that your guy will be measured. He will be held against the most lofty of expectations. He promised to rid us of the things that ail us; he vowed to put the villains behind bars; we will put our trust in him. May his term serve as an example of how to succeed in office without compromising your ideals or giving in to the enumerable temptations that come with power, not another glaring testament to the harsh reality that come every election that only change we can ever expect are the methods by which politicians screw us and how the outcome remains the same - greater, deeper, more gripping poverty!
We will stand beside you, we the ones whose wishes were not heard this time around! We believed in the same things - the thirst for change, growth, clean politics, and more food on the table. But we placed our burdens on the shoulders of another man! Whether our now-snuffed-out choice was better, we will never know. For that reason, we have lost our prerogative to throw "I told you so's" and "This is in your hands" at you. And for that same reason, we will be vigilant. We will not rest! We will defend our rights and cry for the things that this government ought to provide for us. We will be aware and informed, more now than ever before. We will be staunch critics, but only because we want Noy to do better! We will pray harder that God keeps Noynoy's conscience clean at all times, and should he stumble and reach a crossroad where he will be forced to pick between a moral and a political choice, that his conscience will guide him. These are tumultuous times, none more than the 6 years that's coming! We wish us all luck!
There is nothing more to say. You know very well why we digress. Whether the power to galvanize the nation and the gift of a clean, spotless, near-blank track-record is enough to pull us forward remains a polarizing debate that will now finally be answered. Our only consolation, underrated as this may sound, is that your guy won over other, more dubious, personalities! If this were a pick between lesser evils, Noy certainly fits the bill! Whether that is enough, that is something we postpone for another time!
So here we stand; a new era, a new term, a new model of governance! May this yellow represent the sunrise, hope.. The start of something new! Not some other yellow we'd all rather not talk about!
It was subjective and I think it uses inductive reasoning, for having the paragraph that speaks about 90 million Filipinoes and Noy got 13 million while the other one or Erap should I say, got 8 million votes as well. And the author take a stand for this for many believed that yellow has the capability to change what is needed to change.

Concept Paper
The Concept of Work
The daily life of man is composed of things whose meaning is hidden in the mystery of their familiarity.
Other examples would be love, companionship, sincerity, honor, sport, ennui and community-feeling.
Many would think that those things of familiarity we experience when we speak of honor or of work is not caused by the kind intelligibility which places an object above definition.
Time needs to be defined. Its familiarity is not that of a primary notion, and “work” is immensely farther than “time” from the condition of primary intelligibility.
Being anterior to any definition, however is only one of two causes of indefinability; the other is the lack of essential unity.
A complex whose components are not compromised within one essence cannot be defined.
For instance, it is possible to define the physician, and it is possible to define the singer, but it is possible to define the singer who is also a physician, or the physician who is also a singer.
Thus our second problem is that right now we cannot be sure whether the term “worker: conveys an essence or a mere aggregate of intelligibilities.
Indeed, as Werner Sombart would have it, the word might be without any real meaning, albeit usable it conversation because meanings may be assigned to it at will.
And so all that can be said at this point, even assuming work to be an essence, is that determining the approach from which the intelligible unity of work may be perceived remains a difficult problem.

The concept was disussed by having the explaination of what is the value of work not just in literal definition but the author gave some illustration, examples and uses negation in order to make it more understandable and vivid to the readers.
The concept concluded that there is no exact word as to describe what is work all about but it gives an impression or freedom to the readers to decide how they understand the word.

Hometown
My hometown are like no any other to compare where each family love one another and live happily and peacefully is a little heaven on earth. It was far out in the province of Agusan del Sur. Every person livinh here has a deep love o nature and whenever I stepped into town my heart lays down its load. there is no huge establishment here like any cities, it is unpolluted and uncrowded road. The beauty of the nature watch grows as strong of limb and it shape up our joy.
We are not closing the door for innovation, we know someday the warm tropic night is never be silent, we cannot tell the time. Even so, we are ready to protect the environment and preserve the essence of our town and the beauty and madness of it.

Reaction on Election
The first automated election in the country was successfully held.
Regardless of all shortcomings of the COMELEC and the Smarmatic
such as some PCOS machine did not fucntion well, the the CF card are
unassured of the compatibility with the PCOS machine, some batteries of the machine
are not fully charge that causes votation delays, insufficient supply of machine
to some provinces that cause hassle to the voters and some iniquities of the registered
voter's list and personnel. All of these failures the filipino votersstill hoping that there
is clean and honest election.
But in fairness to the first ever automated election the results of the
counting of thge ballot ae faster than th usual one, less electoral delays,
the possibility to cheat are mist and the overall feedback are not that
really bad compared to past. After all, everything was in control and believable.

Kinds of Statement
1. Tanggalin ang Tiwali, itama ang mali '' Corruption is the single biggest threat to our democracy. It deprives the poor of the social services they badly need. It destroys the every moral fiber of our society. No reform agenda will succeed without determined program to eradicate corruption.
I think this statement is the statement of preference, and based on judging assertion i think it is meaningful because we all know and accept that really corruption is a big threat in this country.

2.There is a need to remind these elected big shots that it is ultimately about the good of the Filipino people, a good that must be built on a foundation of genuine love and public service, not immoral compromises.
It's the statement of Oppinion.

3. Richard Gordon says, "I am for the charter change. The 1987 Constitution is not perfect document and there are a number of items that need to be modify for our country to develop economically. As chairman of the constitutional change committee in the senate, I held nationwide hearings on the provisions that need to be changed. I even authored the law enabling the people's initiative.
I think it's a statement of Fact, because it has an evidence and it is misleading because Gordon says that he is for the charter change and suddenly he stresses the 1987 constitution.

4. The system of electing delegates provides a mechanism that the people will have a real sense of owning the fundamental law of the land and no one feels left out.
I think it is a statement of Convention and it's vague.

"Juan Tamad, ang Diyablo at ang Limang Milyong Boto"
As i watched the movie entitled "Si Juan Tamad, ang Diyablo, at ang Limang Milyong Boto" it made me realized how the Filipino people are stubborn. The stage play send its message more clearer to me,of how important was our role in this country. We need to participate and exercise our rights. For example, to vote, because the development of this country lies in our hand. We must know how to select our leaders, a leader who has the capability to defend its people, a leader who brings out the dreams of every constituents, a leader who has this three kinds of attitude. Leader who is "EFFECTIVE","ETHICAL", and "EMPOWERING".
In this movie, the artist shows the crab mentality of some Filipino, pulling others when they are on top, instead of giving them the support. Sometimes we realized how important things are when it's gone. So, before things get crazy or whatever, we must cooperate,we must value the things that we had. Last thing, i really liked was the message of every song that they sing. It's really nice. Good Day!
